Caramel Apple Butter No Bake Cheesecake

This no bake cheesecake is absolutely delicious!  The recipe is quick and easy to make and doesn't require a lot of ingredients.  You probably have most of what you need already in the house. It took about 30 minutes to whip up and after sitting in the fridge for a while you are good to go.  This WILL be a favorite when you show up to a dinner party with this!

Ingredients...

  •  1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tablespoons of butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
  • 16 ounces of softened cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of House of Webster Apple Butter
  • 1/4 cup of House of Webster Caramel Topping
  • 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream

 Instructions...

1) Crumble graham crackers in a zip lock bag till you have 1-3/4 cups of crumbs.  Melt butter and mix into crumbs and press into the bottom of a medium pan.  I used a 10 x 8 pan.  Place in the refrigerator.

2)  In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese till smooth

 3)  In a large bowl beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla till smooth.

 4)  Next beat in the House of Webster Apple Butter.

5)  Fold in the heavy whipping cream

6) Spread the mixture evenly over the graham cracker crumbs in prepared pan.

7)  Drizzle spoonfuls of House of Webster Caramel topping onto the cheesecake.  Use a fork to swirl the caramel throughout the top of the pan.  Place in refrigerator for 5 hours before cutting.  Garnish with caramel topping and serve!  It will come out of the pan messy, but that won't stop anyone.  It's messy deliciousness....

Enjoy!...
